I’ve been a self-employed Virtual Assistant for many years and have spent over 20 years building my expertise in Office Administration and Process Improvement. A freelancer is a person who provides services to businesses but works independently. We are responsible for our own taxes, holiday and sickness pay. We set our own working routines and our services are not exclusive.
I work remotely using the most up to date remote working tools available. When you hire me, the price we agree on is the only cost you need to consider. You don’t need to pay for employee taxes, NI payments, office equipment or office space. You also don’t have to pay me any holiday or sick pay. Hiring freelancers means that you save money on your employment costs but still reap the benefits of having an experienced administrator.
